- Answer and greet phone, email and walk-in inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Accommodate visitors and guests for meetings, business presentations, courtesy calls and approved plant or site visits
- Handle and solve effectively and efficiently customer and vendor queries, concerns and complaints
- Prepare memos, emails, invoices, reports, letters and other correspondence, documentary requirements for accreditation or biddings
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical of all business documents
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendar, coordinate staff and other meetings
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
- Monitor and update business permits and certificates
- Monitor and maintain clean & safe workplace and office supplies inventory
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must be at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Office Management, Business Management
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Must have software skills on Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Enterprise Management Planning
- Must be tech-savvy
- Must have multi-tasking skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, 5S skills, keen to details and proactive
