Responsibilities
• Manage and evaluate the admin team’s performance to ensure compliance and effective delivery.
• Conduct regular audit checks and report on the compliance status of managed sites.
• Oversee the completion of new hire pre-employment requirements, including background check compliance; monitor progress and assist with adjudication in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
• Ensure standardized practices across all sites for key compliance processes, including document requirements, HR endorsement, and onboarding. • Identify and resolve gaps and inefficiencies in the onboarding process.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for issues related to onboarding and compliance.
• Represent the recruitment team, alongside Recruitment Heads, during audits.
• Liaise with vendors regarding escalated pre-employment concerns from the sites.
• Work on-site according to assigned location. • Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using HRIS or ATS systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
