The Administrative Officer plays a critical role in supporting the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the organization. This position is responsible for managing office procedures, handling correspondence, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that all administrative functions are carried out professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general administrative operations and office management
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Manage records, files, databases, and document archiving systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, mail)
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment
- Assist in procurement and vendor coordination
- Prepare and submit reports, letters, and memos as required
- Provide administrative support to HR, Finance, and other departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
- Support the implementation of office systems and processes
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
