About the Role:
His Word Business Support Services Inc. is hiring an Appointment Setter and Outreach Associate to support recruitment-related and client-facing tasks for the company and its international clients. This role involves reaching out to individuals from a provided list or database, conducting brief pre-screening calls using a set of guide questions, and setting up appointments for interviews or follow-ups. You will also assist with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
This is an in-office position and ideal for individuals who speak clear, confident American English and are comfortable talking on the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to candidates, leads, or prospects using provided lists or databases.
- Ask pre-set screening questions to gather basic information and assess alignment.
- Schedule appointments or interviews on behalf of His Word or its clients.
- Document call outcomes, notes, and next steps accurately.
- Coordinate calendars and follow up on appointments when needed.
- Assist with light admin or coordination tasks related to outreach and recruitment.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Submit daily or weekly progress reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or outbound calling roles preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Detail-oriented with good data entry and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using basic CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in our Angeles City or Clark office.
- Must be able to work US Eastern Time business hours.
