- Coordinates scheduling of ocular inspection of properties for appraisal.
- Perform appraisal work in accordance with approved SOP's for appraisal including physical/ocular inspection, drawing lot plans and vicinity map of real estate property, and conducts thorough research/verification on the authenticity of the title.
- Tax mapping, lot plotting, survey from other banks and other information sources of properly market values and rental survey and determine the valuation and set a fair and reasonable appraised value of properties.
- Prepares the property appraisal/verification reports and ensures timely submission to requesting units.
- Conducts field credit investigation.
Qualification:
- Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course, preferably civil or geodetic engineer.
- Must have at least 2 to 4 years of experience performing functions related to appraisal of properties.
