Qualifications:
- Educational background or formal training in Real Estate, Land Management, Property Valuation, or a related field.
- Possession of a Real Estate Broker license is an advantage.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in property valuation, land appraisal, or real estate assessment, preferably in the context of infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of both local and international property valuation standards and methodologies.
- Well-versed in real estate laws, land acquisition processes, and zoning regulations.
- Proficient in valuation software and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to accurately assess property values and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare detailed reports and documentation.
- Willingness and ability to conduct site visits and field evaluations as required.
