- To personally handle and design projects
- To oversee projects from Schematic, Design Development, Contract Documents and Design Supervision
Qualifications:
- Registered Licensed Architects with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in 2D and 3D Software
- Able to effectively lead and manage projects from Schematic Design to Construction Phase with minimal supervision
- High Initiative, positive outlook, can-do-mentality and good work ethic
- Analytical thinker, a keen eye for design, and a knack for detail and materiality
