Job Description:
- Responsible for client servicing, acquisition and management
- Build sales by prospecting for new clients and generate future income by nurturing existing customer relationship.
- Monitoring of standard uniform of promoters all the time.
- Implement the one look policy, any other Ad-hoc task given by the Director of Sales.
- Daily checking of the tardiness of all promoters in the assigned area.
- Suggest and create a program to ensure that your team can hit the target.
- Manage and evaluate promoters, performance, organize and distribute promoters schedule.
- Help brand promoters achieve sales target.
- Identify current and future market trends.
- Store visit.
- Ad Hoc task.
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Preferably 23-35years old.
- Knowledgeable in sales.
- Willing to do fieldwork.
- Strong computer and communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Good in time management and compliance with reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
