- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or similar fields
- Knowledgeable in developing menus that demonstrate creativity while satisfying customer preferences
- Experience in kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques is a must
- Commitment to food quality and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Can supervise and train kitchen staff to creat a positive work environment
- Can negotiate with suppliers to source top-quality ingredients at cost-effective rates
- Willing to work extended hours if necessary
