- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 5 Years) Working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent particularly Mid and High Rise Projects.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervises the site engineers and site supervisors
2. Obligated to report directly to PM of on-site and technical issues
3. Coordinate with clients' counterpart
4. Attends daily coordination meetings and takes responsibility as head of the site when his PM is not around
5. Monitor and Control Manpower, Resources, and Site Daily activities to meet daily target accomplishments
