- Generate new leads and close sales with businesses in need of printing and signage solutions.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing excellent customer service and upselling when possible.
- Understand client requirements, recommend solutions, and coordinate with production and design teams to ensure accurate execution.
- Prepare quotations, job orders, and sales reports.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and site inspections as needed.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns or project issues quickly and professionally.
