Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Warehouse Teams: Act as a liaison between the warehouse and B2B customers to address and resolve delivery issues, ensure timely dispatches, and track outbound deliveries.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain regular communication with B2B clients to provide order updates, resolve queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Outbound Operations Management: Oversee outbound order processing, validate delivery documentation, and ensure adherence to delivery SLAs and client requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and troubleshoot operational issues related to order fulfillment, logistics delays, and customer complaints.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain logs, reports, and performance metrics related to deliveries, outbound tasks, and customer interactions.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to suggest improvements in operational workflows and customer engagement strategies.
- Willing to work on an early shift schedule (6AM to 3PM)
- Willing to work in Tunasan, Muntinlupa for 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday
- At least 2 years relevant experience in B2B operations, logistics, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently during night shifts
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and operations systems
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
