Job title: Accounting/Bookkeeping Assistant
Reports to: Finance & Accounting Manager
Purpose: Responsible for maintaining financial records, running reports for management, and recording financial transactions.
Location: Malolos, Bulacan
Working Time: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Mondays to Saturdays

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data entry and maintaining ledgers
- Ensures payments and receivables are correct & and updated
- Bank reconciliation
- Payroll preparation
- Checks accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
- Reconcile and report any discrepancies
- Prepares adjusting journal entries
- Generate reports and statements for internal and external use
- Assist in the preparation of monthly Financial Statements
- Other office and administrative duties as may be assigned
Work Experience:
- Fresh Graduates or 1-2 years of working experience preferred
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of accounting and budgeting.
