About the Role
- Maintain high standards of drinks quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe food handling and service.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and control inventory levels; ensure timely ordering.
- Ensure branch adheres to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and brand guidelines.
- Drive branch sales and meet revenue targets through promotions, upselling, and customer engagement
- Train staff on service excellence and hospitality standards.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure branch is always operational.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hotel & Restaurant, Business Management or any similar
- Experience working in Food/Restaurant Industries handling supervisory or managerial roles
