The Brand Manager - is responsible for delivering key business objectives of assigned brand/s or product lines through robust consumer marketing. The role leads a strong understanding of levers to a brand's business growth, develops appropriate consumer strategies and programs, and co-leads the multi-functional team in execution. This position reports to a Category Manager or higher role.
QUALIFICATION:
College Degree
- 4+ years of experience in brand management and consumer marketing
- Experience working on FMCG Consumer goods, preferably Beverages; Brand Management, Brand Strategy and execution, integrated marketing communications, financial management, business analysis and new product developments.
- With strong commercial and entrepreneurial outlook
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates ability to manage up and across the organization.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- High sense of urgency
- With experience in leading subordinates
