- Responsible for the end-to-end process of delivering the Basic Operations Training from updating learning modules to program facilitation to monitoring participants' performance.
- Assist in managing facilities, training costs, and effective delivery of training modules.
- Perform on-time audits to create long-term solutions.
- Create, design, and update training programs/ manuals as needed.
- Deliver a range of training using face-to-face, digital, and blended learning options.
- Identify training and development needs within the organization through training needs analysis.
- Develop, plan, and conduct training activities/ job induction programs.
- Prepare training materials for new stores and accomplish mock audits.
- Create and update SOPs/recipes for Head Office Employees.
- Create Training Memos and systems to improve technical and soft skills of all staff and adherence to SOP's.
- Assists in the documentation and rollout of systems and processes for alignment across all departments.
- Conduct surveys to gauge and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
- Develop and oversee the production of learning journals, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.
- Creates training calendar and updates the training database.
- With experience from a food and beverage/group of restaurants is an advantage (But not required)
- Willing to be assigned in Head Office (Pasig City).

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
