- Conducting a daily routine inspection of all Premises and equipment.
- Handle and perform basic repair and maintenance
- Performing preventive maintenance on Electrical & Mechanical Facility equipment
- Diagnosing mechanical & electrical issues and correcting them depending on scope.
- Monitor building humidity and/or temperature for all air conditioning system and ensure that appropriate temperature is set at the minimum requirement
- Assist vendor in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other systems and conduct minor repairs when necessary
- Perform regular, weekly and/or monthly maintenance cleaning of all life safety, air conditioning and electrical system of the facilities.
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, plumbing etc.)
- Supervise and monitor housekeeping activities
