Business Analytics Manager
- 10 – 12 years’ experiences
- At least 2-3 years’ experience working with top leadership (President/ VPs/ General Managers)
- Has at least 5-8 years’ experience in Corporate Planning, Financial reporting/ modeling, Forecasting, Dashboard creation
- At least 5-8 years’ experience in using SAP, PowerBI, Tableau or other Analytics software
- At least 1-2 years project management experience.
- Superior skills in Excel is a must (9 out of 10) – knows how to use Macros
- Superior mathematical skills (particularly Algebra) is a must
- Must be a self-starter, can work independently and with minimal supervision
- Must be ok to be an individual contributor
- FMCG experience is required.
- MBA is not required but preferred.
- Entrepreneurial experience is preferred
- Finance or Management Engineering course graduate is preferred.
