Collaborate with clients to implement motivation strategies, ensuring that solutions are aligned with their business objectives and culture.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams to promote understanding and adoption of the recommended solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring communication and project execution.
Continuously evaluate and optimize consulting methodologies based on client feedback and project outcomes.
