Job Description
The Business Development Manager identifies and develops the strategy for new Roaming and International monetization plays and opportunities. Lead for innovation and leverages on emerging trends and technology to drive incremental revenues for the business. Manages account and supplier relationship and commercial negotiations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to generate new revenue streams for Roaming and International
- Shapes and develops new monetization and pricing strategies that can seamlessly coexist and complement existing Outbound and Inbound business models
- Responsible for cultivating and managing strong account and supplier relationships, including all commercial aspects and negotiations
- Drives innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., 5G roaming, IoT roaming, satellite connectivity, AI-driven solutions) and trends (e.g., global eSIM adoption, secure roaming solutions, wholesale roaming opportunities)
- Measures and analyzes performance and comes up with actionable insights to drive revenues and improve service
KPIs:
- Financial (Revenue from new revenue streams)
- Number of Qualified Customer or Account Leads
- Conversion Rate to Signed Agreements
