Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and site assessments
- Prepare development concepts and preliminary project scopes
- Lead due diligence efforts including land use analysis and environmental assessment
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to guide design development
- Manage planning approvals, permitting processes, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop detailed project budgets, timelines, and execution strategies
- Oversee project progress, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor construction or implementation activities in collaboration with general contractors or site teams
- Track and report on budget performance, risks, and key metrics to senior leadership
- Serve as primary point of contact between internal teams, external consultants, and public agencies
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and documentation for project updates and decision-making
- Manage client or investor communications, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate Development, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management or development (real estate, construction, or infrastructure preferred)
- Strong understanding of permitting, zoning, building codes, and project lifecycle management
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana)Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Amenable to work in Makati and Bataan
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
