Job Purpose:
The position is responsible for providing assistance to the Business Operation Planning & Control Manager in guiding and coordinating closely with various Business Unit Head Office departments, particularly Sales & Marketing, Plant, HR/Admin and Accounting & Finance,etc.. that will result in smooth business operations contributing to the achievement of business growth for the organization.
Duties:
- Assist in proactively assessing business processes as well as responding to situations that arise with an action plan where needed.
- Provides support to the network with concise and well thought guidance releases that can be understood and enforced with ease
- Assist in liaising relevant departments in assigned business units to identify each player’s role in policy formation and incorporates those responsibilities into a clear, comprehensive and concise process flow/policy
- Assist in the promotion of system and process development by ensuring that development opportunities and activities are made available
- Assist in the streamlining and development of specific systems, processes and policies - departmental and interdepartmental
- Perform research and development activities on current retail trends and practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of programs and standards ( Customer Service and Operations related), relative to excellent and outstanding service.
