- Cut, trim, debone, grind, and prepare various meat products (beef, pork, chicken, fish, etc.) according to specifications.
- Weigh, package, and label meat products accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas, cutting tools, and equipment.
- Monitor product quality and rotate stock to minimize waste.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and occupational health standards at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations (e.g., food handling, HACCP standards).
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
