We’re expanding our team in Davao City and looking for a Caregiver Recruiter and Scheduler who is passionate, detail-oriented, and people-focused.
Job Summary
The Caregiver Recruiter and Scheduler will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified caregivers, as well as managing schedules to ensure client coverage and caregiver satisfaction. You’ll be supporting U.S.-based homecare clients with their day-to-day staffing and coordination needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit caregivers through various job boards, social media, and community outreach.
- Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with clients.
- Manage caregiver onboarding, credentialing, and documentation.
- Maintain and update caregiver databases and ensure availability is accurate.
- Create, manage, and adjust caregiver schedules to meet client demands.
- Respond to call-outs, shift changes, and urgent scheduling needs.
- Maintain constant communication with both caregivers and client office staff.
- Track caregiver compliance and expiration of credentials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, scheduling, HR, or similar roles (preferably in healthcare or homecare).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs, scheduling software, or applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work night shift or US hours.
Preferred but Not Required
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or homecare agencies.
- Knowledge of caregiver credentialing and compliance requirements.
