Job Title: Chat Support Agent
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers via live chat. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering product or service information in a friendly and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues effectively.
- Escalate unresolved queries to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers accurately.
- Document interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
- Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or chat support is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computers, chat platforms, and CRM tools.
- A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
Work Requirements:
- Stable internet connection (for remote roles).
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, depending on business needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
