I. Job Description
Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) plays a key role in assisting sales and ensuring the successful adaptation of hospital equipment in healthcare facilities. The role involves engaging with hospital and clinics, demonstrating medical equipment, and providing technical and clinical expertise to healthcare professionals. This specialist will work closely with sales team to meet target sales per assigned area while ensuring customer satisfaction and product effectiveness.
II. Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Assist support to sales strategies within assigned hospitals and clinics.
Identify potential clients, build relationships with key decision-makers, and generate sales opportunities- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
Clinical and Technical Support:
- Provide in-depth product demonstrations and training to healthcare professional on hospital equipment usage, features, and benefits
- Collaborate with clients to ensure optimal performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Account Management:
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct follow up and regular visit to hospitals and clinics to assess customer needs and provide solutions
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely products delivery and support services.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate reports, client interactions and market feedback.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated on industry standards, competitor activities, and advancements in hospital equipment.
Other:
-Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
