Position Overview
As a Cold Call Sales Closer, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping filter and qualify leads to identify high-value prospects. Your role is crucial in maintaining a consistent sales pipeline and ensuring business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US and UK.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations, identify their needs, and generate interest in our services.
- Qualify leads and identify high-value prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to establish trust and credibility.
- Utilize provided scripts and training resources to communicate key messaging effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our leads spreadsheet.
- Collaborate with the team to refine lead conversion strategies.
- Close sales of high-value offers/products/services.
Compensation:
- 15k-18k Base Salary + 20% Commission – Enjoy the security of a base pay while benefiting from an uncapped commission structure that rewards your performance.
- Bonuses and incentives for exceeding targets and outstanding performance (at the company's discretion).
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience as a cold caller or sales closer in a sales-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Tech-savvy – must have experience using a dialer, g-calendar and zoom for appointments.
- Reliable laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a performance-based role.
