Job Description:
The Closer is responsible for engaging warm leads, conducting discovery calls, handling objections, and ultimately closing deals. This role requires strong communication and persuasion skills to convert interested prospects into paying clients. Closers will work closely with the marketing and lead generation teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent follow-through.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably high-ticket or service-based Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills Confident and comfortable handling objections and closing over the phone Coachable and driven by performance metrics Experience with CRM tools is a plus Must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule: Part-time, 5 days/week (flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed) 9 AM - 2PM PST
