Position: Cold Caller (US Time Zone)
Work Setup: Fully Remote | 9AM–5PM CST
Salary: ₱27,000–₱30,000/month

Job Details:
- Make 300–350 outbound calls daily to generate leads and set appointments
- Work closely with a US-based client, focusing on B2B and high-ticket campaigns
- Use provided tools and lead lists to connect with prospects
- Consistency and confidence in handling high-volume outbound calls
- Bi-weekly payouts (every other Friday) with bonuses and performance incentives
- Fully remote with a results-driven, independent work culture
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years outbound cold calling experience
- Proven track record in appointment setting for high-ticket coaching, SaaS, or business funding
- Strong background in B2B sales (e.g., construction, architecture, etc.)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, coachable, and highly consistent
- Able to work independently while staying aligned with a remote team
- Experience with dialers like Orum preferred
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) with a backup option
