Job Responsibilities:
- Schedules and implements annual/ periodical/ special examinations of employees.
- Provides first-aid treatments and medications for sick employees as needed.
- Maintains all employee's medical and other similar records.
- Conducts regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
- Prepares purchase or requisition of medicines as necessary to ensure availability of all medical supplies.
- Assess employee's examination results and refer to HMO physician for management.
- Monitor Physician’s recommendations and follow through until illness is cleared.
- Work with Safety and Health Committee to plan and implement programs designed to improve the overall health of employees.
- Leads Medical Personnel in various company activities.
- Work Accident / Illness Exposure Data.
- Creates health and safety awareness among employees.
- Conducts health-related training and orientations.
- Support HR related and AdHoc activities.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Must be Registered Nurse
- Newly registered nurse are welcome to apply.
