Company Staff Nurse

The Role

• Rosario, Cavite (onsite)
• Mondays to Saturdays

We are looking for a licensed Company Nurse to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to promoting the health, safety, and well-being of our employees. This role is essential in providing immediate medical care, managing workplace health documentation, and supporting various health-related administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid to employees.
• Accompany employees to hospitals or clinics as needed for further medical attention.
• Conduct initial health assessments and assist with routine health consultations.
• Issue medical documentation including:
• Medical reports
• Sickness notifications
• Return-to-work clearances
• Maintain accurate medical records and health logs of all consultations and treatments.
• Support in monitoring PPE distribution as a back-up PPE custodian.
• Participate in health and safety programs, campaigns, and compliance efforts.
• Coordinate with HR on matters related to health benefits and employee wellness.
• Assist in creating reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Willing to work beyond regular hours when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Nurse (4-year degree graduate)
• Preferably a member of OHNAP (Occupational Health Nurses Association of the Philippines)
• At least 1 year of experience in a company or clinical setting
• Trained and knowledgeable in first aid and emergency response
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible and open to rendering overtime work when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
