We invite experienced Dialysis Nurses to apply for this contract position at a national hospital on a Pacific Island, supporting efforts to enhance healthcare delivery and improve patient outcomes for the local community.
Positions are contingent on contract award.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment (hemodialysis and/or peritoneal dialysis).
- Monitor, assess, and manage patients before, during, and after dialysis sessions.
- Operate and maintain dialysis machines and equipment in accordance with clinical standards.
- Collaborate with nephrologists and the broader multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis treatment, renal care, and self-management techniques.
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold infection control protocols.
- Support training and capacity-building initiatives for local staff where appropriate.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (country-recognized)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post-registration experience
