- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course,
- With 5 years related experience or 7 years in other areas of HR,
- With knowledge in labor laws
- With analytical skills, problem-solving skills and active listening skills.
- Revises and/or designs communication strategy, principles and guidelines to ensure the most efficient delivery of information
- Defines annual plan and budget to support section, department & company initiative's and goals.
- Ensures that all processes and practices adhere to all applicable laws, regulatory and customer requirements.
- Creates and conducts training on CnB matters based on established procedures
