What you'll be doing
- Administering and maintaining the company's compensation and benefits programs
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits policies
- Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement new employee benefit initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to compensation and benefits
- Proficient in using HR information systems and software to manage compensation and benefits data
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- CEBS or similar professional certification is preferred
