CastleKeep Holdings, the holdings company of Skygo Marketing Corporation, and several other business units, is expanding and we are looking for a talented individual to fill the CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST role.
The Corporate Communications Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the overall communication strategy of the organization. This position requires a skilled professional with expertise in facilitating internal and external relations, content creation, event support, and crisis communications. The primary purpose is to contribute to building and maintaining a positive organizational image, fostering relationships, creating compelling content, and providing essential support during both routine operations and crisis situations.
COMPTENCIES:
Content Creation
- Develop engaging content for press releases, blog posts, internal/external communications, and social media platforms.
- Ensure all content aligns with the organization’s messaging and branding.
Media Coordination
- Assist in coordinating media inquiries and interview requests
- Prepare spokesperson and executives for media engagements.
Internal Communication
- Contribute to the development of internal communication materials
- Collaborate with various departments to disseminate important information to employees.
Event Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and conferences
- Coordinate logistics and provide support during events.
Data Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor media coverage and social media channels
- Compile reports on the effectiveness of communication initiatives
- Keeps hard copy of all articles published
Crisis and Communication Support
- Support the Corporate Communications Manager in the development and execution of crisis communications plan
Customer Relations
- Internal BUs and External Parties
- End-users
Effective Collaboration
- Infuse teamwork with Corp Comm Team and to internal customers
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communications, Public Relations or business-related course specific to Marketing
- Digital Marketing course will be an advantage
Experience
- Profession: 3 years' experience in Corporate Communications
- Leadership: none
Certifications and Licenses
- Certifications and Licenses
- Digitial Marketing Certification course will be an advantage
Others
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
