Job Title: Corporate HR Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly trustworthy and proactive Corporate HR Manager to lead and enhance the human resources function within our dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee relations, process improvement, and policy creation.
They must prioritize confidentiality, take initiative, and have a proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. Additionally, experience in IT and security-related HR concerns is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Leadership
- Employment Law & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, regulations, and employment standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employment law matters, including employee discipline, termination, and dispute resolution.
- Conduct internal investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring confidentiality.
- Policy Development & Handbook Revamp
- Create, update, and enforce HR policies to align with legal and organizational standards.
- Overhaul the employee handbook to ensure compliance, clarity, and alignment with company culture.
- Establish fair and transparent policies for performance management, attendance, and career development.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive employee experience by addressing concerns with empathy and discretion.
- Act as a mediator to address employee grievances and maintain harmonious workplace relations.
- Develop strategies to reduce turnover and improve retention while maintaining trust and confidentiality.

- Performance Management & Corrective Action
- Assist the leadership team in managing employee performance through evaluations, coaching, and development plans.
- Provide support in implementing corrective actions to address performance issues in alignment with company policies.
- Ensure a consistent and legally compliant approach to performance management and disciplinary actions.

- Process Improvement
- Streamline workflows and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
- Lead HR process optimization initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
- Proactively identify and address gaps in HR operations.
- Training & Development
- Design and deliver training programs to build leadership and technical skills.
- Address workforce skill gaps and support career progression initiatives.

IT and Security Integration
- Compliance with IT and Security Standards
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity regulations.
- Oversee policies for secure handling of employee data and sensitive information.
- Support incident response protocols involving HR and IT security breaches.
- Technology Utilization in HR
- Utilize HR technology and systems to enhance operations, reporting, and workforce analytics.
- Ensure secure access and management of HRIS systems while maintaining data integrity.
- Security Awareness & Training
- Develop and enforce policies for secure use of company IT assets, remote work, and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device).
- Partner with IT teams to implement employee security awareness training programs.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field; Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., SPHR, CIPD, CISM, CISSP) preferred.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Previous experience in a contact center or BPO setting is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with IT governance and security frameworks is a plus.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, policy development, and handbook revamp.
- Understanding of IT and security principles, data privacy, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to lead process improvements, build trust, and manage change effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
