Elder Care Homecare is seeking an experienced Training Specialist contractor. We are a private pay homecare agency operating in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Jersey with additional expansion planned within the next year. This role is home based in the Davao region.
As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and overseeing training programs. You will also be training new team members and any post-onboarding additional training. The ideal candidate will have a strong training background, and be a problem solver and critical thinker dedicated to continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing training materials for new hires on our Recruitment, Coordination, Nursing, On Call and Social Work teams
- Onboarding new team members remotely in the US
- Conducting training on processes, systems and scenario based demonstrations
- Creation of guides, videos, and other supporting content where needed
- Tracking of training metrics and completions company-wide
Requirements
- Experience in training a remote team in the past
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work US based hours (EST)
- Ability to work in an exciting fast paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Php750,000.00 - Php875,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Experience:
- corporate training: 2 years (Preferred)
