Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology or Business Administration major in Human Resource Management
- With at least one (1) year of work experience in a manufacturing company.
- With effective computer skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision and with high level of initiative.
Job Description:
- Plan and oversee career development programs, mentoring initiatives, and leadership development workshops.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying learning and development needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Design and deliver engaging learning solutions, including workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Apply HORENSO to ensure the efficient communication flow.
- Perform any other duties reasonably required by the Management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
