Graduate degree in Engineering or Business field (mandatory)

Master of Business Administration or in Engineering (desirable)

At least 10 years’ experience in rail or related business, or project engineering industry (mandatory)

Good knowledge and connections with Transport clients/customers in the Country/Cluster/Region (desirable)
