What You'll Do:
- Engage and Support US Healthcare Providers: Be the trusted point of contact for US-based clinics and healthcare providers.
- Professional Communication: Handle inquiries and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring the highest level of service.
- Client-Centric Task Execution: Work on tasks aligned with the specific needs and protocols of our US clients, delivering top-tier support.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Communication Skills: You should excel in both verbal and written communication.
- Experience in Healthcare or BPO: Previous experience in healthcare support or 1-5 years in BPO (customer service/technical support) is a plus.
- Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are eager to learn.
