We in Brainbox are looking for a Student Support Representative who can responds to students' inquiries in an accurate and timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from students
- Respond to tickets in a timely manner
- Manage support tickets
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Provide customer support in an accurate and timely manner
- Rely inquiries and requests to appropriate person or department
Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a CSR
- Must have great attention to details
- Strong oral and written English communication
- Has pleasant voice and good manners
- Has good personality and can blend well with a team
- Knows how to deal with harsh customers
- Adaptive and willing to learn
- Interpersonal skills
