Plans and executes al web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Collaborate with Dealer and Dealer SE group in advancing their digital channels and digital
marketing efforts.
Work closely with IPC digital and creatives agency in creating impactful materials and optimizing each to deliver utmost KPIs.
Completes digital marketing group's operational requirements by scheduling and assigning TMs and following up on work results.
Create Digital Marketing media placement calendar and creatives work calendar.
Submit monthly report for Digital Marketing group.
Develops digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
Maintains digital marketing staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees and
planning, monitoring and checking job results.
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience on Digital / Online Marketing
2 years of experience in leading a team
Project Experience: 2yr experience in Digital Strategy (Messaging, Education, and Placements)
Proven working experience in digital marketing, within or outside the industry
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing management or related field
Valid Driver’s License
Certified Digital Marketer is a plus
Willing to travel
Social media savvy
Creative and energetic personality
Excellent organizational and planning skills, able to work quickly under pressure and can handle and prioritize multiple campaigns
