We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, email, and paid media.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and impactful campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a focus on ROI, targeting, and budget efficiency.
- Oversee SEO performance through keyword analysis, content optimization, and competitor benchmarking.
- Launch and refine e-commerce initiatives including retargeting, cart recovery, and conversion rate optimization.
- Monitor key digital KPIs using analytics tools and provide actionable reports with recommendations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform innovations, and data privacy regulations to maintain best practices.
- Support team development by attending trainings, sharing insights, and fostering continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience across SEO, content marketing, paid media, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and CRO strategies to drive conversions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance in digital marketing.
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
