- Strong writing and communication skills (English & Filipino).

Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s online marketing efforts to strengthen brand presence, engage audiences, and drive leads. This role will focus on handling the company’s social networking sites (SNS), creating engaging content, and ensuring consistent online visibility for Architex Phil., Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Post, update, and maintain content across all company SNS accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Write, edit, and proofread engaging captions and content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor page activities, respond to inquiries/messages, and engage with followers in a professional manner.
Content Creation & Marketing
- Coordinate with the Marketing team for creating graphics, videos, and other digital marketing materials.
- Generate new ideas for campaigns, promotions, and online activities to attract and retain customers.
- Schedule and manage content calendars for consistent posting.
Digital Advertising & Promotions
- Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Track campaign performance and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor social media and website analytics to measure reach, engagement, and effectiveness.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to management regarding online marketing performance.
Brand & Market Awareness
- Ensure that all digital marketing content reflects the company’s brand identity and core values.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices relevant to the real estate industry.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Sales, Documentation, and Technical teams to gather information for content posting (e.g., project updates, housing developments, client stories).
- Support Marketing activities during events, exhibitions, or on-ground campaigns.
Other Tasks
- Assist in managing the company’s website (basic updates, posting announcements).
- Help with internal communications when needed (posting updates, announcements online).
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as may be assigned by management.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
