Are you a creative, tech-savvy marketer with a passion for driving results? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Social Media Management: Develop engaging content for various platforms (blogs, social media, newsletters) that aligns with brand voice and engages target audiences.
- Campaign Execution & Analytics: Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across multiple channels. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and drive ROI.
- Website & Online Presence Optimization: Regularly audit and optimize the company website for better user experience (UX), SEO, and lead generation.
- Sales & Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales objectives, driving lead generation and nurturing.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in content creation, social media, and online marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to improve campaign performance.
- Creative mindset, with the ability to develop innovative content and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working cross-functionally with the sales team.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various digital platforms and tools to manage campaigns and track performance.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of paid advertising on social platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
