Distributor Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to ensure sustained engagement and loyalty.
- Serve as the main point of contact for distributor inquiries, concerns, and support needs.
Distributor Onboarding & Activation
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified distributor partners in target territories.
- Ensure new distributors are equipped with the necessary tools, materials, and training for successful market penetration.
Sales Support & Performance Monitoring
- Collaborate with distributors to develop and execute sales plans, set targets, and monitor performance.
- Analyze sales trends, forecast demand, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Territory Development & Expansion
- Assist in area mapping and clustering to strategically deploy distributor coverage and manpower support.
- Recommend territory realignments or new distributor recruitment based on market potential and gaps.
Training & Capability Building
- Organize product knowledge seminars, sales training, and skills development programs for distributor sales teams.
- Ensure that distributor personnel are updated on promotions, pricing, and technical product benefits.
Credit & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to monitor credit limits, collection performance, and inventory replenishment.
- Support timely resolution of credit issues, returns, or delivery concerns.
Promotional Program Execution
- Implement trade marketing and promotional initiatives through the distributor network.
- Ensure program compliance, monitor execution quality, and evaluate effectiveness.
Compliance & Reporting
- Monitor distributor adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and brand standards.
- Submit regular reports on distributor performance, issues encountered, and action plans taken.
Market Intelligence Gathering
- Collect and relay market feedback, competitor activity, and customer insights from the field.
- Recommend tactical actions to address competitive threats or capitalize on market opportunities.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics departments to align distributor support with company goals.
