Job Summary:
Nexbridge Technologies Inc. is looking for a Product Specialist to join our growing team. This role will support the implementation and delivery of software platforms to clients across various industries. We welcome fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience who are eager to learn and build their careers in the tech industry.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Track issues using a ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while providing updates to users.
- Assist with system updates, user onboarding, and documentation.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely support.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related courses.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various software platforms and client environments.
