Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of airport facilities, ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize work orders based on urgency and impact on operations.
- Act as the first responder to facility-related emergencies, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Coordinate with emergency services and internal teams to manage incidents and restore normal operations.
- Ensure all operations comply with aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and safety audits to identify and address potential hazards.
- Engage and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including airport management, airlines, passengers, and regulatory authorities.
- Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their requirements are met efficiently.
- Serve as the main point of contact for facilities-related inquiries and complaints from passengers, airlines, and other stakeholders.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the facilities management team, contractors, and airport operations.
- Prepare and submit shift reports detailing operations, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Oversee and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all airport systems and infrastructure.
- Ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
- Analyze KPI data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure prompt response to facility-related issues and emergencies.
- Track response times and strive to meet or exceed established response time targets.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and compliance reports.
- Update and manage facilities management databases and documentation.
Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil)
- Advanced degree or certification in facilities management or sustainability is a plus.
- Trainings on Maintenance Management, MEPF, or equivalent
- Training in the use of CMMS and BMS.
- Regular professional development in sustainability practices (such as LEED, BERDE, WELLS, EDGE, Net-Zero Buildings, Greenbuildings)
- PRC License Mechanical / Electrical Engineer / Civil Engineer
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- ASHRAE Certifications in O&M for High Performing Buildings is a plus.
- Willing to work on Shifting schedules, weekend and holidays
- On-Call during Emergencies
- Willing to be assigned in Lapu-Lapu City
