We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing labor grievances, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will work closely with management to resolve employee concerns, handle resignations, conduct exit processes, and support overall HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage labor grievances as needed by investigating circumstances of incident, validity of claims, adherence to contract policies, and completion of resolution procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to create and sustain positive employee relations and facilitate effective communications between employees and management.
- Develop and present informational briefings for management to improve understanding of labor relations and promote improved contract and management solutions.
- Assist management during crisis situations, to facilitate effective negotiations and resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure the organization's compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and advise management on potential impacts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of labor relations activities, including grievances, negotiations, and agreements.
- Prepare documentation for legal proceedings related to labor disputes.
- Process filed resignations and issue acknowledgements of resignation.
- Conduct and process exit interview & clearance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in BS or AB Psychology or BS in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in human resources or employee relations
- With strong decision-making and negotiation skills
- Must be familiarize with Labor Code
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with conflict resolution experience
- Detail-oriented and dedicated to meeting deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
