Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant provides vital administrative support to executives or senior managers within the organization, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves a variety of tasks designed to help the executive focus on strategic and high-priority responsibilities, making the position indispensable to the effective functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion of administrative duties.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare, review, and manage documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively on behalf of the executive, both internally and externally.
- Facilitate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other staff, clients, or stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate as the position is based in the main branch located in BGC, Taguig City.
- Experience: Prior experience in administrative roles, particularly as an executive assistant or in a similar capacity, is preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities are required to manage calendars, schedules, and various tasks efficiently. The ability to prioritize and juggle multiple responsibilities is essential.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), email systems, and other relevant tools.
- Discretion: The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive attitude and the ability to independently resolve issues as they arise.
- Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
